Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Neura Wireless collects and uses information through its website and service. Customer agreements and security documentation govern production wireless data in greater detail.

Information we collect

We collect contact information submitted through our demo, general inquiry, and careers forms, limited website usage information, and—only after authorization—the wireless program data required by a customer agreement.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic, referral sources, and page usage. These services may process browser and device information, approximate location, referring pages, and interactions with the site. Neura Wireless does not intentionally send form contents, business email addresses, carrier credentials, bills, or CPNI to these analytics services.

Walkthrough attribution

During one browser-tab session, we may keep a limited first-touch record in session storage after a visit has an approved UTM or ad click ID, or an external referring-site origin, so an operating-walkthrough request can be associated with that external acquisition touch. Direct and internal visits without one of those signals are not stored as first touch. The record is limited to UTM fields, Google or Microsoft click IDs, the first landing path, and the origin of an external referring site. Approved acquisition parameters are publisher-controlled and must never contain personal data or sensitive wireless data. The sanitizer reads only those approved parameter names; values matching recognizable contact or sensitive-wireless patterns are removed. Arbitrary values that do not match those patterns may pass because the sanitizer does not validate campaign names against a fixed taxonomy. It does not read or store form contents, bills, account numbers, line lists, or carrier credentials. Internal CTA labels come from a fixed site-authored list; unknown or personal-looking labels are replaced with a neutral form label. If session storage is unavailable, the same limited acquisition fields may be carried in the walkthrough link for that navigation only; attribution from an earlier page cannot be carried when JavaScript is disabled.

How we use information

We use information to prepare demonstrations, respond to requests, operate and secure the service, deliver contracted wireless operations, and improve product reliability.

Sensitive wireless data

Prospects do not need to provide a bill, account number, line list, or carrier credential to evaluate Neura. Production access, permitted use, and CPNI handling are established through the customer agreement and security review.

How information is shared

Information may be shared with contracted service providers and, when authorized, carriers or enterprise systems needed to deliver the service. Neura Wireless does not sell personal information.

Security and retention

Administrative, technical, and organizational controls are described during security review. Retention and deletion requirements are governed by the applicable agreement and law. See Security and trust.

Your choices and contact

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information as applicable. Use the contact form and identify the request as a privacy inquiry.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as the product, law, or operating practices change. The effective date will be updated when changes are published.
