Spreadsheet or a platform for company phones?

If you have a handful of lines on one carrier and few changes, a spreadsheet can be enough.

  • Look at a platform when you’re on more than one carrier.
  • Look at a platform, too, when your team doesn’t have time for the carrier work.

Neura Wireless is the platform for business wireless. It works alongside your existing mobile device management (MDM) tool; it doesn’t replace it. Company phones, bills and devices from all three major carriers are in one place. Instead of a spreadsheet and email threads, Neura Wireless does the carrier work behind every request. You approve the decisions. Every action on your requests is recorded.

Does it replace our existing tools?

Some companies also use telecom expense management software, a wider category that often takes in office phone lines and internet. Neura Wireless can work alongside that tool, too. Neura Wireless covers wireless only: company phones and lines. It doesn’t cover office phone lines or internet.

How do you know a change was done?

Carriers don’t give business customers a reference number or written confirmation for line changes. Neura Wireless keeps its own record of each request and its confirmation. Some changes still take a call to the carrier. Neura Wireless does that carrier work.

Who approved it, and when?

If a request needs your OK, you’re asked. Only owners, admins and approvers on your team can approve it. Every action on a request is recorded: who did it and when. That covers your team, Neura Wireless, the carrier and automation. Records can’t be altered, and they’re kept for 5 years.
