These terms govern your use of Neura Wireless's website and services. By using them, you agree to what's below. We've kept it readable.
Neura provides independent, carrier-neutral managed-mobility services — sourcing, deploying, auditing, and managing your business wireless across carriers. The specifics of what we run for you are set out in your order or agreement with us.
To do our job, you authorize Neura to act on your behalf with your carriers and to access the accounts and data needed to run your program. You confirm you have the authority to grant that access.
Sourcing is carrier-funded and free to you. Ongoing management is a per-line fee, and recovered savings may be shared on a capped basis, as described on our pricing page and your agreement. No percentage of your spend, no multi-year lock-in.
Give us accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the service lawfully. You're responsible for your own carrier obligations except where we've expressly taken them on.
The Neura website, brand, and materials are ours. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
We work hard to get it right, but the service is provided "as is," and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us for the service in question. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
