This policy explains what information Neura Wireless ("Neura," "we") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain, because the whole point of Neura is to be the partner that's on your side.
Three kinds of information: account details you give us (name, work email, company, role); the wireless program data you authorize us to access to do our job (invoices, line and device inventory, plans, usage, and carrier-account information); and site usage (basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how our website is used).
To run your wireless program — sourcing, auditing, monitoring, and managing it on your behalf — and to operate, secure, and improve our service. We do not use your data to advertise to you, and we never use it against you with a carrier.
Only as needed to deliver the service: with vetted service providers under contract; with carriers strictly to act on your behalf with your authorization; and where required by law. We never sell or rent your information. Benchmarks that improve the service are aggregated and anonymized so they can't be tied back to you.
We protect your information with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and vaulted credentials. More on our approach is on our security page.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, and you can withdraw the authorizations you've granted, at any time. Reach us at hello@neura.example.
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above and, for material changes, let you know directly.
