Is my data wiped securely? +
Yes. Every device is sanitized to recognized data-wipe standards before it is resold or recycled, and you receive a certificate of destruction. Any drive that can’t be reliably wiped is physically destroyed instead — with documentation either way. The whole chain is tracked by serial number, so nothing slips through unwiped.
Do we get money back? +
Often, yes. Working devices are graded and quoted for buyback or trade-in, and you get cash or account credit instead of paying disposal fees. Older or damaged hardware with no resale value is recycled responsibly at no cost to you. You see the recovery estimate before anything ships.
How is this different from consumer trade-in? +
Consumer trade-in is one phone at a time, no data guarantees, and no paperwork. Who actually does the recycling? +
