Device deployment

Devices that arrive ready to use —
staged, kitted, and enrolled.

Buying the phones is the easy part. Getting them configured, accessorized, asset-tagged, and zero-touch enrolled — then shipped to every site or straight to the employee — is the part that eats your team's week. Neura does that part for you, carrier-neutral, with no IT lift, at any fleet size.

How deployment works

From a box of phones to verified-live devices

A staging line, not a spreadsheet. Each device moves through the same four steps — and you end the rollout with an inventory already built, not a project still ahead of you.

  1. 01

    Configure & enroll

We register each device in your MDM and assign your profiles, apps, and policies — so it provisions itself on first boot. No manual setup per phone.

  2. 02

    Stage & kit

Devices are powered on, updated, and paired with the right case, charger, and accessories. We asset-tag and log the IMEI, line, and assignee before anything ships.

  3. 03

    Ship to site or employee

Boxes go to each location in a labeled batch, or drop-ship directly to an employee at home — with tracking on every shipment.

  4. 04

    Verified live

We confirm the line activates and the device checks into MDM. You get a record of what shipped, where, to whom, and when it came online.

What's included

Everything between purchase and a working phone

Deployment is one stage of managed mobility — the front end of the lifecycle. Recycling at end of life is handled at the back end through our device recycling service.

Zero-touch enrollment

Zero-touch enrollment

Devices registered to your MDM so they self-provision on first power-on — profiles, apps, and restrictions already in place. Set up one device or ten thousand the same way.

Accessory kitting

Accessory kitting & asset-tagging

Each device boxed with the case, screen protector, charger, and adapters it needs — one SKU per role, ready to hand to the user. IMEI, serial, phone number, and assignee captured and tagged before ship, so you start with a clean inventory instead of building one later.

  • One SKU per role, ready to hand over
  • IMEI, serial & assignee logged before ship
  • Clean inventory from day one

Multi-site logistics

Multi-site logistics & verified activation

A coordinated rollout across every location — staggered or all at once — with per-site manifests so each office knows exactly what landed. We watch each line go live and each device check into MDM, then flag anything that did not — so dead-on-arrival units get caught before the user does.

  • Per-site manifests, staggered or all at once
  • Drop-ship straight to remote staff

How we get the numbers

Built by wireless veterans, checked against real rate cards

No black box. Here's exactly how we source the winning setup — and why you can trust the number.

SOURCES · FCC BROADBAND FACTS · CARRIER RATE CARDS · LIVE PROMOS
  • Decades in the carrier channel

We've worked the carrier side of business wireless. We know exactly how business plans are priced — and where the cost hides.

  • Checked against real rate cards

We compare against carriers' published FCC Broadband Facts labels and current promos — sourced, not guessed.

  • Carrier-neutral by design

We carry every major carrier, so the comparison has no agenda — we answer to you, not a carrier quota.

  • A human verifies every number

Software drafts the analysis; a wireless veteran checks it before it ever reaches you.

Why Neura runs the deployment

Enterprise-grade staging, at any size

AI-proven, so the economics work

Our agents handle the enrollment records, per-device manifests, and activation checks that an enterprise depot pays analysts to do by hand. That is why we can run a real deployment for 50 lines, not just 50,000.

Carrier-neutral by design

We deploy whatever you bought, on whatever carrier won your deal. We're not steering you onto one network's program — the staging is the same either way.

No IT lift

Your team does not unbox, image, or hand-enroll anything. Devices arrive ready to use, and the inventory is already built before they land.

Any size, per rollout

You do not need a huge fleet or a signed managed contract to get staged, kitted, zero-touch devices. Turn it on per rollout, per device — 30 or 3,000.

FAQ

Deployment questions, answered

What is device deployment? +

Device deployment is everything between buying a phone and a person using it: configuring and enrolling it in your MDM, staging and updating it, kitting it with accessories, asset-tagging it, shipping it to the right place, and confirming the line and device come online. We do all of it so your team does not have to unbox or set up anything.

What is zero-touch enrollment? +

Zero-touch enrollment registers a device to your mobile device management (MDM) platform before it ships, so the moment the user powers it on it pulls down your profiles, apps, and policies automatically — no IT person touching each phone. We handle the enrollment records as part of staging.

Can you ship straight to remote employees? +

Yes. We drop-ship kitted, enrolled devices directly to an employee at home with tracking, the same as we ship a batch to an office. For multi-site rollouts we send each location its own labeled manifest so every office knows exactly what arrived.

Do we need a managed contract or a big fleet to use this? +

No. There is no minimum fleet size and no bundled contract. Deployment is a transparent per-device service you turn on for a given rollout — whether that is 30 devices or 3,000.

What happens to devices at end of life? +

Deployment is the front of the lifecycle; recycling is the back. When devices retire we collect, securely wipe, recover value, and dispose of them responsibly — handled through our recycling service so the same partner closes the loop.
