# Security at Neura Wireless

You approve the decisions. Every action on your requests is recorded, kept 5 years and exportable. Sensitive details are encrypted separately.

**Key answer.** Neura Wireless manages your carrier accounts with the access you authorize; they stay in your company’s name. Only your owners, admins and approvers can approve a request. Every action on a request is recorded with who did it and when, kept 5 years and exportable as a spreadsheet. Transfer PINs, account numbers and tax IDs are encrypted separately.

## Who can do what.

Three parties touch your requests. This is what each one can do, and what it never can.

## Who did what, and when.

Carriers don’t give business customers written proof of a line change. So we keep our own.

Each action names who did it: your team, Neura Wireless staff, the carrier or automation. You can export the whole record as a spreadsheet.

## Audits

We have not completed a SOC 2 audit.

- **Records.** Kept 5 years.
- **Sensitive details.** Each one is encrypted separately.
- **Sign-in.** By invitation only. The Portal never sees anyone’s password.
- **Hosting.** Everything is hosted in the US.
