# Managed Mobility by Neura Wireless

Managed mobility services run a company’s phones and carrier accounts. You get the Neura Wireless platform, and we can run it for you.

**Key answer.** Managed mobility services run a company’s phones and carrier accounts. You get one platform for your company lines and devices, and you pick who runs it: your team or ours. With Managed Mobility by Neura Wireless, we run your company cell phones day to day. We keep the list of lines and phones, make the changes and follow each request with the carrier until it’s done. You get tier-1 help desk by chat, or you keep your own help desk.

Company phones, run for you.

## Before you hand over the phones.

With Managed Mobility by Neura Wireless, we run your company cell phones day to day. We keep the list of lines and phones, make the changes and follow each request with the carrier until it’s done. You get tier-1 help desk by chat, or you keep your own help desk.

### Will we still deal with the carrier?

Neura Wireless does the carrier work. We send each request, handle the carrier’s questions and follow up until it’s confirmed. You see where each request stands, and your team makes the decisions. You also keep your own access to the carrier portal.

### Is managed mobility the same as MDM?

No. An MDM is software your IT team uses to set up and secure company phones and tablets. Managed mobility is a service. Neura Wireless works alongside your existing MDM; it doesn’t replace it.

### Do our lines stay in our name?

Yes. Your lines stay in your company’s name, and so do your carrier accounts. You grant Neura Wireless the access it needs to manage them.

## Your week, without the phone chores.

With Managed Mobility, the phone chores leave IT’s week. Neura Wireless takes the orders, bills, devices and carrier calls.

## From the first call to running, in six stages.

At each stage, Neura Wireless does the carrier work and your team makes the calls. Onboarding typically takes a week or two.

| Stage | We do | You do |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 1. First call | Walk you through the Neura Wireless Portal in 30 minutes, with your questions on the table. | Come with the questions your team gets asked about phones. |
| 2. Scope and quote | Scope it with you, then quote it. Pricing depends on your lines and the services you choose. | Pick who runs it day to day: your team or Neura Wireless. |
| 3. Access to your carrier accounts | Get authorized access to manage your carrier accounts. They stay in your company’s name. | Grant the access, and say who approves changes. |
| 4. Inventory into the Portal | Put your lines and devices into the Portal. With Managed Mobility, we keep that inventory from then on. | Check the list and flag anything that looks wrong. |
| 5. Contracts reviewed with you | Go through your existing carrier contracts with you, case by case, before anything changes. | Decide what changes, if anything. |
| 6. Requests start flowing | Send each request to the carrier and follow it up until it’s confirmed. | Approve when you’re asked. Watch the rest in the Portal. |

## The part you never have to watch.

Behind every row in the Portal, Neura Wireless automation sends the request to the carrier, answers its questions, and reminds and escalates until it’s confirmed.

Neura Wireless sent this request to the carrier and chased it until it was confirmed.

## Same week. You pick what stays with you.

Neura Wireless does the carrier work either way. The choice is who runs the day to day: your team in the Portal, or Neura Wireless.

**Neura Wireless runs it.** Managed Mobility by Neura Wireless: we run it day to day. We provide tier-1 help desk by chat, or you keep your own.

**Your team runs it.** Your team runs it in the Neura Wireless Portal. Neura Wireless takes each request to the carrier and follows it through.

| Job | When Neura Wireless runs it: your team does | When Neura Wireless runs it: Neura Wireless does | When your team runs it: your team does | When your team runs it: Neura Wireless does |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Orders and changes | — | Makes the changes | Requests them in the Portal | Takes them to the carrier |
| Carrier follow-up | — | Follows up until it’s confirmed | — | Follows up until it’s confirmed |
| Inventory | — | Keeps it in the Portal | Keeps it in the Portal | — |
| Bills and credits | — | Disputes charges, chases credits | — | Disputes charges, chases credits |
| Help desk, tier 1 | — | By chat, or keep your own | Your own help desk | — |
| MDM | Your MDM, as it is | Works alongside yours | Your MDM, as it is | Works alongside yours |
| Approvals | You approve; you’re asked | — | You approve; you’re asked | — |

Whoever runs the day to day, your MDM stays as it is and Neura Wireless works alongside it.

## Phone approvals wait on an email chain. Your rules shouldn’t.

Neura Wireless runs your approval chains, HR triggers, cost centres and device policy, so every request follows them from sign-off to the carrier.

- **Approval chains.** Any international plan gets a manager’s OK and finance’s before it goes to the carrier.
- **New hires and departures.** A new hire in your HR system starts the line order. A departure starts the suspend.
- **Cost centres.** Every line’s charges land on the department or cost centre that owns it.
- **Device and plan policy.** Who gets which phone and plan, by role, location or department, and when they can upgrade.

## Your accounts. Your call.

Neura Wireless works through authorized access. Your lines and carrier accounts stay in your company’s name.

## Questions about getting started

### What is managed mobility?

It means handing the daily work of company phones to a provider. With Neura Wireless, that covers new lines, upgrades and number ports. It also covers roaming, offboarding and contract renewals.

### What do we have to do during onboarding?

Four things: the 30-minute Portal walkthrough, picking who runs it day to day, granting access to your carrier accounts (they stay in your name), and deciding on any contract changes. It typically takes a week or two. After that, you approve requests when you’re asked.

### Can our own team run it day to day?

Yes. Every customer gets the Neura Wireless platform, and Neura Wireless does the carrier work either way. Your team can run the day to day on the platform, or we can run it for you.

### Do we have to switch carriers?

No. Neura Wireless works with all three major carriers, so you can stay where you are. If you do want to switch, Neura Wireless compares all three major carriers and runs the move, including number transfers.

### Do our lines stay in our name?

Yes. Neura Wireless manages them with authorized access, and they stay yours.

### What happens to our existing contracts?

They’re reviewed with you, case by case, before anything changes.

### Who approves changes?

You do. If a request needs your OK, you’re asked, and every request shows where it stands, step by step.

### Do you replace our MDM?

No. You keep the MDM you already run.

### Can we keep our own help desk?

Yes. You can keep your own help desk, or use our tier-1 help desk by chat.

### Can you build custom workflows for how we work?

Yes. Neura Wireless builds custom workflows to match how your company works: approval chains, new hires and departures triggered from your HR system, cost centres and chargeback, and device and plan policies.

### How is it priced?

It depends on your lines and the services you choose. We scope it with you and quote it.
